H, known as “Coach” in the dojo, is a black belt with over 20 years of martial arts experience. As head coach, he leads the strength and conditioning program, helping students improve fitness, performance, and overall skill under Sensei’s guidance.
Demanding yet supportive, Coach H designs dynamic, personalized training that pushes students to excel while building discipline, focus, and resilience.
